You can both View or Download the Questionnaires from this page. You may fill in the questionnaires and send them back to me either through this site or through your own Email. You may send only the answers also with the same serial numbers as these are given to the questions in the questionnaires. For your this act of kindness I and all those needy ones would always feel obliged.

How to fill in the Question Forms:

There are two parts of the questionnaires.

Part I is for your personal information. Any information furnished here would never be disclosed to anyone. Your anonymity is ensured and guaranteed.

Part II is the information sought. You please furnish it truthfully.

There are some other participants also in this Research e.g. the Police Officers, the Protection Officers and the Service Providers. But they are governed by the rules of their department and their views are obtained only pursuant to their Departments' sanction therefore their questionnaires are not given here. Judges also belong to the same category their views are not taken from this platform. It is for other experts of the subject who have attained the same perfection in this subject as a judges is supposed to attain in discharge of his duties.

All those are also welcome who do not find themselves fitted in this steel jacket formula. They are invited to express their views without the bounds of the questions. They may send their views freely through the link provided below or may send me at the Email address given above.
